International OpenCon Catalonia (IOCC) is a weekend-long meeting in the Catalan countryside, open to anyone who knows that happy and honest relationships don’t have to be monogamous. It combines discussions, workshops and socialising to give you a chance to meet like-minded people, to build our community, and to celebrate its diversity.

When? Friday 29th of May (5 pm) to Monday 1st of June 2020 (4 pm).

Where? At Galliners, Catalonia (130 km north-east of Barcelona, between Girona and Figueres), at a beautiful remodelled country house (see the Venue page for details).

What? IOCC is an opportunity to get together in a friendly environment and share our experiences, our questions, the lessons we’ve learned, and the joys we’ve experienced in this new territory of polyamory/non-monogamy/open relationships. We’ll be about 40 people, and the basic plan is to combine workshops with plenty of opportunities for relaxing and socialising. Check the what will happen page and what happened in previous meetings to get an idea of how it could be, and don’t forget to read our Code of Conduct. Meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) will be provided from Friday dinner to Monday lunch. The menu will be vegan, mainly with organic ingredients, with a few non-vegan extras on the side and gluten-free options. If you have any questions, check the FAQ page first, and if you haven’t found your answer there feel free to contact us.

How? Check the registration page for information on how to reserve your place.

How much? Registration costs 160€/person. This covers your share of the costs for the accommodation (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and all meals from  Friday dinner to Monday lunch. You will be offered the option to contribute an extra 40€ or 80€ to allow a participant with a low income to participate. Conversely, if paying 160€ would be an obstacle to your participation, you can apply for a 40€ or 80€ discount.

For more information: If you have any questions, please be sure to read the FAQ: the answer you are looking for may be there. If it isn’t, please email us at openconcat@gmail.com.
